Wage milling

Magnetic materials up to a workpiece width of 2'000 mm and a length of 5'000 mm will be milled to the agreed thickness in HABA-quality.

Aluminium of anyalloys we mill up to a width of 2'800 x 4'850 mm and a thickness tolerance of +/- 0.05 mm.

The delivery for further processing takes place on rough or finish plates in the following dimensions:

STEEL

• max. processing dimension 2'000 x 5'000 mm
• Parallelism 0.1 mm with a tolerance of 0.2 mm

ALUMINIUM

• max. working dimension 2'800 x 5'000 mm
• Parallelism 0.05 mm over the whole table with a tolerance of 0.1 mm

With a diameter of 3'100 mm, the largest milling head of its kind.
